In development · Illustrative concepts · Early conversations
Retail, working as one.
See where stock ties up money, where demand is missed and what needs attention.
Explore what the platform connects
A buying decision affects stock, cash, store teams and clients. ORVUM is being built to connect that work.
Buying & budgets
Plan buying budgets, orders and product ranges by brand, category, gender, size and units.
Stock & arrivals
Track arrivals, accepted stock, reservations and available units. Keep a proposed stock move separate from a completed one.
Finance
Review costs, margins, orders and cash alongside the store activity behind them.
Clients & relationships
Help advisors use known preferences, purchase history and service notes in the next conversation.
POS & store teams
Connect sales, service and daily store work, with clear roles and access.
Brands & partners
The wider plan includes sharing useful trading information with partners, within limits agreed by the retailer.
See what is behind the numbers.
Keep the source and meaning of product, season, size, store and client data. Check the comparison, current availability and any missing information.
Connector Mode. Bring your history forward.
We’re building ORVUM Connector Mode to turn data from existing systems and retail files into a checked foundation for the business. Map fields, bring past sales, stock and buying history together, and keep each record linked to its source. The aim: less manual setup, earlier error detection and a clearer path to a checked transition.
- Connect what you have.
- Start with supported system connections, exports or files. Keep your existing system in place while the data is prepared.
- Map what it means.
- Match fields and records to the right products, stores and sizes. Review unclear matches before they become business facts.
- Carry the history.
- Prepare supported sales, stock and buying history with links to the original records. Missing data and conflicts stay visible.
- Check before the move.
- Compare record counts, stock quantities and financial totals in the relevant detail. Resolve differences, test complete workflows in parallel and approve the switch separately.
In development. Clear about the next step.
Today this website offers illustrative product concepts and early discovery conversations. The retail platform and Connector Mode are in development. Readiness, supported inputs and project scope must be confirmed before use.

Evidence before confidence
ORVUM prepares options. Your team decides.
Use past seasons to plan the next buy.
An open-to-buy budget (OTB) is the money available for buying stock. Learn from previous purchases, delivery dates, full-price sales and unsold stock. Compare similar seasons and check missing sizes. Prepare the next plan by brand, category, gender, store, size and units, where the data supports it.
Give the advisor a useful reason to make contact.
Match a new arrival to known preferences and purchase history. Explain why it may suit the client and prepare a message for the advisor to review. A longer gap between visits can be a reason to look closer. Check relevance and permission before contact. This example sends no message.
Move stock for a clear reason.
Check demand, sizes, reservations and available stock at both stores. Compare the opportunity with the cost of moving it. A proposed transfer is not a completed stock move.
An estimate is not a result.
An estimate shows what might happen and what it depends on. A result follows a recorded action. The examples here are product concepts, not measured customer gains or promises of higher profit.

Brands & partners · Future direction
Better conversations after the order.
The wider plan for ORVUM includes better collaboration between retailers and brands, with the retailer deciding what can be shared.
Understand what happens after the order.
Sales, stock, category, size and delivery data can improve the conversation. Partners see only what the retailer has agreed to share.
Use trading lessons in the next collection.
Connect sales results with category, size and delivery timing. Share useful lessons while making the limits of the data clear.
Be clear about who can see what.
Retailer costs, private client details and confidential business information are not shared by default. Agree access, responsibility and scope before sharing.
A wider plan, built step by step.
Brand and network collaboration are part of the product plan. This is not an available partner network today. Each task must be built, tested and shown to be ready.
Trust & Proof
Confidence should have a source.
Sources visible.
Know where the data comes from, how recent it is and what is missing.
People in control.
A suggestion does not give permission to act.
Results checked.
Keep the estimate separate from the actual result.
In development. These examples use sample data, not customer results.
Know what supports a suggestion.
Show the source, date and basis of important facts. Keep missing data and uncertain comparisons visible during review.
A suggestion is not permission to act.
The responsible person decides. Orders, stock moves, client contact and other important actions need the right review and permissions.
Check results after a real action.
Record what happened before measuring its effect. Keep estimates separate from actual changes. A sale after an action does not by itself prove that the action caused it. Use what you learn in the next review.
A clear trail from old data to new decisions.
Connector Mode is being built to make each stage of a transition easier to check. See how fields were matched and trace records to their source. Review missing data, duplicates and conflicts. Important gaps need review, never a silent guess. Source connections stay read-only. Test complete workflows in parallel; approve the switch separately.
